    Dr. Tony Alleyne leads QCS, connecting Charlotte’s bright, under-served students to the preparation, guidance, and opportunities they need to thrive in college and beyond. He launched the program in 2020, building on a decade of success with Delaware College Scholars. His educational leadership career has included Teach For America - Charlotte and a senior leader at an independent school.

    EMILY FELDBRUEGGE

    Program Director

    Mrs. Feldbruegge helps our scholars and their families navigate the sometimes difficult college process and serves as a resource for our families as they determine the “best fit” for their student. She also leads recruitment of new scholars in Charlotte for QCS and serves as the primary summer program director.

    REIVA KIBBEE-ALLEYNE

    Program Director

    Mrs. Kibbee-Alleyne brings a wealth of knowledge to the QCS team as she has worked in numerous independent schools over the past 8 years and has worn a variety of hats. She has worked in Enrollment Management, College Counseling and has served as a head coach of various athletic teams.

    AISHA WORD

    College Counselor

    Ms. Word leads efforts in providing equitable access and opportunities for all students by creating and implementing a comprehensive school counseling program that focuses on college access initiatives, enrichment program partnerships and student engagement.

    Humanities / Community Liaison

    In addition to his QCS work, Mr. Winston is a member of the Charlotte City Council. After being elected in 2017, he was re-elected to his second term in 2019. In his work, he aims to build a city that is more equitable, accessible and interconnected.

    Development / Partnerships

    Ms. Keane brings a deep commitment to educational equity and a talent for building strong community connections. In her role with QCS, she focuses on development, cultivating partnerships, and spreading awareness of QCS’s mission to expand opportunity for high-achieving students from under-resourced backgrounds. Her passion for connecting supporters to impact helps ensure QCS has the resources and visibility needed to thrive.
